ABOUT JOY FACILITATION

Employing a unique framework that centers joy, courage, and connection, Joy Facilitation is dedicated to nurturing a culture of care within our own selves, our leadership practices, our organizations & teams, and our larger communities. We catalyze belonging and wholeness while diving into the sometimes hard and challenging — and creating space for resilient conversations and transformative growth on an individual and collective level.

MYRIAM LOESCHEN

Myriam (she/her) offers intentional, accountable partnership and is dedicated to holding courageous and resilient space where people can show up with their imperfect, human selves and be seen and supported in their growth.

Over the last decade, Myriam has honed her skills in strengthening thriving organizational cultures, guiding difficult dialogues (with ourselves and each other), and supporting the cultivation of self-leadership grounded in collective care. A community-builder, artist, chef, and fierce advocate for human connection, she weaves in elements of creative and somatic practice alongside her breadth of leadership methodologies.

Myriam is a Certified Coach & Trainer in the work of Virginia Satir. She is a graduate of the Conversational Leadership program with David Whyte, and is trained in Restorative Justice practice. She received her Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Certified Facilitator & Leader through the Catalyst Leadership Immersion. Myriam is the recipient of the Virginia Satir Global Network Anti-Racism Grant. She merges her training and expertise to offer a unique and powerful process rooted in wholeness, belonging, creativity, and transformation.

Committed to continued learning, emergent discovery, generative collaboration, and showing up in her own evolution and humanity alongside her clients, Myriam delights in centering joy and curiosity at the heart of this work.

COLLABORATORS & CO-FACILITATORS

Each person I work with adds immense value to the process, enriching the experience with their authenticity, vulnerability, and commitment to growth. The collaborative journey allows us to co-create meaningful outcomes, as we combine our collective knowledge and energy to foster transformation. Together, we bring a unique blend of expertise, heart-centered facilitation, and strategic insight to create transformative experiences for individuals and organizations.

Sarah Greenman and I share a mutual passion for helping leaders and teams expand their capacity for self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
